These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://flightlytic.com and the travel booking assistance services provided by Flightlytic. By calling us, contacting us, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Flightlytic is an independent, accredited third-party travel agency located at 1070 Morris Ave Apt 1147, Union, NJ 07083, United States. We are not an airline, and we are not the official customer service line for any airline. We sell airline tickets on behalf of clients under our Amadeus Partner accreditation (ACN: 84866628).

2. Nature of Our Services

We provide phone-based, email-based, and web-form-based assistance for:

All tickets, fares, baggage rules, upgrade rules, and refund rules are set by the operating airline. We act as an intermediary between you and the airline.

3. Airline's Contract of Carriage

By booking through us, you acknowledge that the operating airline is the carrier of the flight, and the airline's Contract of Carriage applies to your ticket. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, equipment changes, lost baggage, denied boarding, or other matters under the airline's responsibility.

4. Quotes, Fares & Availability

Fares and availability change in real time. A fare quoted verbally or in writing is not guaranteed until the airline ticket is issued. The final fare and any service fee will be disclosed and confirmed before you authorize payment.

5. Service Fees

Service fees may apply for booking, cancellation, and changes. Service fees are charged in addition to the airline fare and any government taxes. The exact amount is disclosed to you before payment is taken. Service fees are, in most cases, non-refundable once the service has been rendered, as described in our Refund Policy.

Payment is processed through a PCI-compliant payment gateway. By authorizing a transaction, you agree the charge is non-disputable for the portion covering non-refundable airline fare and any disclosed service fees. Chargeback requests filed in conflict with disclosed fare rules and these Terms may be contested with documentation.

8. Name Changes & Transferability

Most airline tickets are non-transferable. Name corrections are governed by each airline's policy. We can submit a correction request, but approval is at the airline's discretion.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance. We do not provide travel insurance directly, but our agents can reference third-party options where available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flightlytic's total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of service fees you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, missed connections, or loss of enjoyment.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing services due to events outside our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, airline operational issues, or airport closures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Union County, New Jersey, except as otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted. Please review this page periodically.
